Arbitration and Mediation

Robinson, Wettre & Miller LLC is experienced in arbitration and mediation, both on behalf of clients and as mediators or arbitrators. The firm has represented clients in numerous arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and various securities agencies. It also regularly mediates disputes on behalf of clients through court programs and privately arranged mediation, often achieving favorable results.

Donald A. Robinson also acts as a skilled, court-approved mediator, who has settled many of the cases referred to him for mediation. For many years, he has served on the mediation panel of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has also often acted as an arbitrator, including in matters before the American Arbitration Association.
