Leda is a partner of the firm with extensive experience in business litigation. She regularly handles significant contract disputes, employment cases for management, shareholder litigation, intellectual property litigation, and media law matters.

Leda appears frequently before the federal and state courts in New Jersey. She is experienced in trial court proceedings and appeals, as well as arbitration and mediation. She also has been involved in numerous multidistrict litigations and class actions.

Leda has been voted twice as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in business litigation. She also participates actively in the local legal community, serving as President of the Board of Directors of the Historical Society of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and an active member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Leda received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Fordham Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Fordham Law Review. After law school, Leda was a law clerk to the Honorable John F. Keenan in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and a litigation associate at a respected New York law firm.
